Comcity Technology Expands to Sydney

The Directors of Comcity Technology are excited to announce the upcoming opening of our Sydney office. After many years supporting Sydney-based clients remotely, building relationships with many businesses either based there or with satellite offices, the time is right for us to establish a direct presence in Sydney. Headed up by Jason Reading, Comcity’s founder and Managing Director, our Sydney office will come on-line in February 2009.

What does this mean for our clients?

  • Local on-site support provided by Comcity staff directly
  • Expansion of our Scheduled Desktop Support (SDS) program to be available to all Sydney clients
  • Local Account Management for Sydney based clients
  • Consistency in service delivery in both locations
  • If your organisation either has, or is looking to have a Sydney presence, Comcity is able to assist either on a project-by-project or regular basis
  • Comcity will be able to tap into resources that are currently in limited supply in the Melbourne market

"Comcity Management and Staff are very excited about the opportunities this expansion offers. Sydney is a natural growth progression for us given the size of our existing client base there. We see enormous opportunity for our Managed Services capabilities in what is a very large target market & in an economic climate where businesses are seeking to reduce costs by outsourcing."
Jason Reading - Managing Director.

GFI MailArchiver v6.0
Important New Features

Companies' dependency on email to do business brings with it various problems. Storage limitations, backups, problematic PST files, access to old emails and regulatory compliance are a few issues that arise.

One way to address each problem with a single solution is to implement GFI MailArchiver, an email archiving and email management software package for Exchange Server. With over 10,000 customers, GFI MailArchiver is the number one email archiving software for SMBs .

When GFI MailArchiver is installed, all email is stored in a central location that is easily accessible in two ways - through a folder in their Outlook email client or using a web browser. The method used to integrate with Outlook is an industry first because the technology does not use stub files which is what most products use.

With GFI MailArchiver, employees can:

  • See the Folder Structure in the archived Mailbox inside Outlook (Important New Feature).
  • Instantly access archived email directly from Outlook or using the MailArchiver Web interface.
  • Retrieve old and deleted emails on demand – with full thread and conversation.
  • Use advanced email search and 'Saved Search' capabilities.
