What is the Comcity Referral Program?
The Comcity Referral Program is our client referral incentive programme. The incentive plan is pretty
straightforward; mention us to other business associates, friends or business owners,
register their details with us and when the new business * becomes a contract
client of Comcity, you receive a Comcity voucher.
The voucher value is based on the total value of the contract entered into by your referral, as follows;

How do I participate?
To be in the running to receive Comcity Vouchers, simply tell other businesses about Comcity and
the great work we do for you. If they're interested in hearing more, email
salesteam@comcity.com.au with their
details and we'll do the rest.
Remember, the more referrals you make, the more Comcity Vouchers you may receive to spend on that new gizmo,
gadget or service you've been longing for!
Terms and Conditions:
- * The term new business means a either a business which is not a recognised client of Comcity Technology
at the time the referral is made, or is a former client with whom we have not had a contract for at least one (1) year.
- You approve Comcity to use your Company Name and your personal name in introducing Comcity to the client.
- You must have the approval of the referred party to provide Comcity with their details
- The vouchers may be redeemed for any products or services Comcity Technology provides, within a 12 month period from issue.
- There is no limit on the amount of referrals that can be made, nor vouchers that can be redeemed.
- Vouchers can be accumulated and combined
- Vouchers are generally awarded within 2 weeks of final payment from the referred client.
- There is no time limit between when the referral is made and the time the contract is signed. If you've registered a referral
that leads to a contract years later, the incentive will still apply.
- The value of the voucher may be reduced proportionally where multiple parties have referred the same potential new client.
- Any vouchers awarded may be considered taxable income. Any and all applicable taxes, including Fringe Benefits Tax, will be
the sole responsibility of the recipient, not Comcity Technology
- Vouchers are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- All referred client information will be handled as per our privacy statement found on our website www.comcity.com.au
- Comcity Technology reserves the right to amend or cancel the referral program at any time.
- In the event of a dispute, Comcity Technology will be the sole arbiter, subject to the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
